As the calendar flips to a new year, it comes with a great sense of euphoria and bliss for millions of people around the world.

To millions, the new year signifies a fresh start,a new dawn and the inception of an era.

It presents many, an opportunity to set their lives, businesses,organization, brands and nations on a right path towards a destination of tremendous success and liberation. Not to forget of the populist idea; New year resolutions.The list is endless.

Every year, with same or similar recurring themes ranging from health and fitness to financial independence with themes like; lose belly weight, gain six packs, get a better job, save N amount of cedis monthly money, read the bible daily, the list goes on and on.

Research shows “that 38% of people make new year resolutions each year but only 9% of people stick to them all year long”. Shocking as it is !

Another damming research states “that 80% of new year’s resolutions are forgotten by February while 46% of adults stick to their new year resolutions after six months”.

In 2024, I challenge you to go outside of your comfort zone and get fired up for work. Workout your goals with the greatest seriousness and aggression there is.
